Oncology Massage and Light Touch Therapy in Frome
Safe, Supportive Massage During or After Cancer Treatment
Gentle support for when you need it most.
When you’re going through cancer treatment, your body is under pressure—physically, emotionally, and mentally. Touch can feel like the last thing on your mind. But safe, specialised massage can offer calm in the midst of it all.
This is not a regular massage with lighter pressure. Oncology massage is a distinct, adaptive treatment that responds to the needs of people undergoing or recovering from cancer. It’s grounded, gentle, and designed to support the nervous system without overwhelming the body.
Every session is adapted to your energy, treatment stage, and comfort levels. Whether you're navigating chemotherapy, adjusting post-surgery, or living with ongoing fatigue, this space is here to meet you where you are.
How it works
Before we begin, we’ll talk through your current treatment plan, any physical limitations, sensitivities, and what kind of touch feels safe. Everything is tailored to you. There’s no pressure to know in advance—your comfort and consent come first.
The room is quiet. You’re given time. You’re never rushed.
Treatment may take place on the massage table, with your head elevated, or side-lying depending on your needs. Pressure is always gentle. The focus is on calming the nervous system, reducing anxiety, easing pain, and helping you reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe and grounding.
